We do not feature a swimming pool.
We are unable to accommodate pets except for seeing-eye dogs for people with special needs.
In accordance with Costa Rican law, this is a non-smoking destination. Smoking will be penalized.
Suites do not feature a TV set. The view is so spectacular, you certainly won’t miss one! Villas and Two-bedroom Suites feature satellite TVs and Toro Bohemio Bar in the main lodge features a large LCD screen.
Our restaurant emphasizes farm-to-table wellness. Dietary requirements will be accommodated to the fullest extent possible with prior request or notification. Las Ventanas Restaurant features a relaxed and cozy ambiance.

Secured with a valid cc (Visa, Master Card, or Amex) or an executed wire transfer. There will be no reimbursement for no-shows or unused portion of contracted services.

High/Green Season Policies
Cancellation requests received 29-15 days prior to arrival will incur a one-night charge. No reimbursement or credit for cancellations requests received 14-0 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Season Policies
10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. No credits/reimbursements. 2-night minimum applies.
New Year’s dinner is mandatory. Cost $140 + taxes / Kids (4 – 12) $50 + taxes
Firm Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled or shortened within 03 days of the scheduled arrival date forfeit all monies. Reservations cancelled or shortened prior to 04 days or more of arrival are fully refundable.
A booking of a minimum of 2 nights is required for reservation that include lodging from December 20th through January 3rd. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and remaining balance is due by October 1st.
El Silencio Lodge strongly suggest strongly recommends all travelers obtain third-party travelers from a reputable company, insurance to cover against losses.
