This mystical trail draws you to thick recesses of El Silencio’s surrounding cloud forest.  In intimate contact with Costa Rica’s undisturbed nature, the spirit takes over, heeding a gentle invitation to let go of frustrations while embracing your innermost dreams.  Combines introspection, meditation, and breathing to explore the natural elements in four interpretive stations.  Water prompts purification, Earth grounds our consciousness, Air is the harbinger of change and possibility, and Fire is a vital agent of transformation.  Each is embraced through simple, playful exercises in an uplifting and enjoyable session.
