Gustavo holds an MBA from INCAE Business School and has a fourteen-year track record in the private and public sectors.
William Víquez joined El Silencio Lodge & Spa at the beginning of 2012 when he and his wife celebrated the birth of their first baby and decided to take permanent residence in their hometown at nearby Rio Cuarto. William holds a degree in Tourism from the University of Costa Rica and his professional track record is marked by quick advancement and masterful performance. He is delighted to have a chance to be close to his family while showcasing the stunning natural scenery and warm hospitality of Costa Rica’s central highlands.
